Highlights
Visit the Pilsner Urquell Factory where the world’s best beer is brewed. Learn about the production of beer through the beer journey and taste the fresh unfiltered beer from the barrel in the underground fermentation chamber. Experience the mysterious labyrinth of passageways, cellars and wells built below Pilsen from the 14th Century.
Program
- Pick up at your hotel/accommodation and depart to Pilsen, used to be a royal town in West Bohemia.
- Visit the Pilsner Urquell Brewery in Pilsen with a beer tour and taste the fresh non pasteurized beer right from the wooden barrel in the underground traditional fermentation chamber.
- Enjoy the draft beer workshop. Learn the correct way of tapping beer with an expert with sampling of traditional Pilsen beer goulash.
- Lunch on own.
- Visit the St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral Tower, the highest church tower in the Czech Republic with panorama view of the city and beautiful hilly landscapes.
- Walking sightseeing around the historic square in the town center, one of the largest square in Europe.
- A guided visit of Pilsen historical underground to experience the way of life during the Middle Ages.
- Return to Prague.
