Highlights
Discover the Kingdom of Gingerbread in Hansel and Gretel story, walking in the enchanted forest and gingerbread workshop and tasting, visit one of the oldest preserved glassmaking factory in Central Europe, a delightful and magical day for everyone.
Program
- Pick up at your hotel/accommodation and depart to Pardubice, the beautiful capital city of Pardubice Region, Eastern Bohemia.
- Visit the Gingerbread Museum with more than a thousand amazingly decorated gingerbread from the whole Czech Republic and learn about the history of gingerbread.
- A walk in the enchanting forest of Hansel and Gretel followed by gingerbread tasting.
- Option – Hands-on gingerbread workshop, subject to availability.
- Shopping for famous gingerbread of Pardubice.
- Lunch on own.
- Transfer to Tasice, the settlements of glass makers since the 18th century.
- Glass factory tour in one of the oldest glass making factories in Europe.
- Shopping for handmade glass souvenirs and products by leading Czech glass artists.
- Return to Prague.
